Companies in the UAE with sponsored workers sitting idle can now outsource them temporarily to other verified employers — recovering overheads while keeping workers employed and productive.
Available to verified employers only · Worker stays on original visa · No transfer required
Rising overheads, reduced project pipelines, cash flow issues and any geopolitical pressures are leaving many companies with skilled sponsored workers who have little to do — yet full salary, visa, and accommodation costs continue. Letting workers go means losing the investment in mobilisation and risking losing them permanently. There has been no middle ground — until now.
A company with idle sponsored workers posts an anonymous listing — trade, experience, emirate, availability dates, and daily/weekly rate. No personal worker details are shared publicly.
Any verified employer can browse available workers by trade, emirate, and engagement type. Full company details are visible only to logged-in verified employers.
The demand employer sends a request with project details, location, dates, and an offered rate. The supply employer can accept, decline, or counter-offer.
As both parties agree, the worker gets the work & employer gets a sign of relief. The worker remains on the supply employer's visa — only the work assignment changes temporarily.
Supply Employer
Workers across all blue-collar trades — construction, MEP, fitout, industrial, and more
Temporarily deploying a sponsored worker to another employer without a valid MOHRE Part-Time Work Permit is a violation of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 (as amended 2024). Both the supply employer and the demand employer may face significant penalties.
