Project Milaap Story

Why we built Project Milaap

Project Milaap is not just a synonym of an ordinary meeting. Project Milaap carries an emotional bond of union between two people, two mindsets and several possibilities for a better life for both sides. That is the foundation stone of this platform.

The world has built a lot for white-collar and management professionals. Yet the people who build our houses, offices and cities—masons, carpenters, painters, fit-out workers, cleaners, household workers and drivers—have often waited for a fairer opportunity to build a better life.

“One day Project Milaap will be a symbol of synergies between these two different worlds.”

— Aksshat Ravi Agarwal, Founder, Project Milaap

Our mission

Our mission is to build a platform that provides learning, awareness, opportunities, hand-holding and backend support for blue-collar and domestic workers.

Project Milaap aims to help workers improve their skills, become more efficient and develop as workmen. It also aims to help employers manage cost, unexpected outcomes and commitment failures, while supporting a better life for each stakeholder.

Why choose Project Milaap?

Verified profiles

Administrator review supports a more organised and trustworthy platform workflow for worker and employer profiles.

How it works

Simple and transparent journeys for both workers and employers.

For workers

  1. Create your profile. Register and present your skills, experience and certifications.
  2. Get reviewed. Project Milaap reviews profile information through its internal workflow.
  3. Review jobs and progress enquiries. Use the official platform route to review current opportunities and take the next step.

For employers

  1. Register your company. Create your employer profile with company details.
  2. Post a job. Submit the role requirement, trade, work location and employer-confirmed terms.
  3. Review shared profiles and interview. Evaluate profiles actively shared by Project Milaap and progress suitable candidates through the interview workflow.
