The company is building structured and transparent workforce-technology journeys for workers and employers across the UAE and GCC.
The gap that needed bridging
The world has built a lot for white-collar and management professionals for their growth. Yet the people who help build our houses, offices and cities—the masons, carpenters, painters and fit-out workers, as well as cleaners, household workers and drivers—have often still awaited a fair shot to live a better life.
Both worlds work together, but the gap in understanding, mindset, learning and prosperity can be significant.
Why Project Milaap was created
Project Milaap was created as a support system between blue-collar and domestic workers and corporates: a bridge that does not only connect, but also prepares, supports and stands behind every person on both sides of the relationship.
Our mission
Our mission is to build a platform that provides learning, awareness, opportunities, hand-holding and backend support for blue-collar and domestic workers.
It aims to help workers improve skills, be more efficient and become better workmen. It also aims to help employers manage costs, unexpected outcomes and commitment failures, and to make a better life for each stakeholder.
