Milaap is not just a synonym of an ordinary meeting. Milaap carries an emotional bond of union of two people, two mindsets & several possibilities for a better life for both the sides. That is exactly the foundation stone of this platform.
The world has built a lot for white-collar & management professionals for their growth. Yet the people who are hand in hand with us for building our houses, offices & cities — the masons, the carpenters, the painters, the fitout workers, the people who give us comforts — the cleaners, the household workers, the drivers — still awaited. No fair shot to live a better life.
Both the worlds are working together but the gap of understanding, mindset, learning & prospering is huge.
I decided to create Milaap as a support system between the blue collar, domestic workers & the corporates — a bridge that does not just connect, but truly prepares, supports, and stands behind every person on both sides of this relationship.
My mission behind Milaap is to build a platform that provides learning, awareness, opportunities, hand holding & back end support for the blue collar & domestic workers.
On one side it will help workers to improve skills, be more efficient & become better workmen. On the other side it will help employers to control costs, unexpected outcomes, commitment failures & make a better life for each stakeholder.
