Trust & safety

Clear boundaries, controlled access and honest status information.

Project Milaap is designed to support accountable workforce workflows. Platform approval and verification labels describe internal review states; they are not government certification or a guarantee of any employment outcome.

Controlled sharing

Employers can view only worker profiles that Project Milaap has actively shared with them. Worker phone, email and WhatsApp details are not shared in employer profile views.

Current status

Jobs, profiles and interviews use operational status records. A status communicates what the platform currently records; it does not replace an employer’s own checks.

Report a concern

Workers can review safety information and raise a concern where a listing, communication or request appears misleading or unsafe.

What “approved” and “verified” mean here

Project Milaap may review submitted employer information and worker profile information as part of its internal platform workflow. The nature, source and timing of information vary by record. Platform approval is not a claim that a government authority has certified a company, role, individual, work authorisation or employment arrangement.

Data protection: Direct worker contact information remains within the platform’s controlled workflows. Do not send identity documents, passport scans, health details or payment information through a public page or an unverified chat request.
