Role description
A Helper is responsible for assisting skilled workers and site staff in daily construction activities, material handling, cleaning, and maintaining smooth site operations.

Assist masons, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other skilled workers Load, unload, and move construction materials Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping at the site Arrange tools and materials as instructed Support in site preparation and daily work activities Follow instructions from supervisors and site engineers Help in shifting materials and equipment safely Ensure safe handling of tools and materials Follow company safety rules and site regulations
