Describe the trade, work location, experience, number of openings and other job information that is confirmed by the employer.
3. Controlled profile sharing
Project Milaap administrators decide which approved worker profiles to share. Employers do not receive open access to all worker records.
4. Interview and feedback
When an employer wishes to interview a worker, the request and its status are managed in the platform’s interview workflow.
Important boundaries
A worker profile match or interview request is not a job offer, employment decision, legal eligibility decision or guarantee of a permit, visa or placement. Employers must make their own lawful hiring decisions.
