Role description
Site clearing and grading: leveling ground, clearing debris, backfilling trenches Material handling: moving sand, gravel, spoil, or construction waste around a site, often loading it into trucks or skips Attachments work: switching between buckets, forks, augers, sweepers, or breakers depending on the task — a versatile piece of equipment Tight-space maneuvering: since Bobcats are compact, operators are often used specifically for confined areas (basements, tight yards, indoor demolition/fit-out debris removal) where larger machinery can't access Pre-use inspections: daily checks on hydraulics, tracks/tires, and attachments Safety compliance: working to UAE HSE standards, maintaining exclusion zones, coordinating with banksmen/spotters on active sites
